Sheila has been teaching singing and running a busy community sing along group in the Sutton, Surrey area for over 5 years. For ten years before this she traveled the country performing with a 2 – 5 piece jazz/swing band, singing for weddings, private parties and corporate events.

Sheila came to London in 1987 to train as an actor and attended Drama Studio London. She then went on to appear in several West End shows as well as singing in clubs and restaurants across London.

Wanting to share her passion for music and demonstrate the health and well being benefits of singing without fear or tension, Sheila is now devoting herself full-time to teaching voice and promoting the physical and psychological benefits of group singing as well as helping individuals achieve their personal goals.
