Fifth year of Choir festival to take place at All Saints Carshalton

​For the fifth time at the amazing All Saints Carshalton the Choir Festival 2016 is set for the 8th October, at 7pm. Five of the better amateur choirs in the district showcase their passion and talent; this is a non competitive event performed for the joy of singing.
The selection of choirs are deliberately as diverse as possible, Creating a unique spectacle for all to enjoy.

We welcome The Downsmen Barbershop Chorus who are an exceptional a cappella male voice barbershop chorus, performing traditional barbershop with gusto and talent.

The Messenger Choir who bring bags of enthusiasm and plenty of talent, performing gospel music with passion in multiple languages.

The Show Time Choir is full of people who love to sing, and sing songs from the famous musicals, and they do it very well.

The Brook Choir are a funky contemporary bunch of singers from Wallington, full of energy and life, they bring life to the party!

The Carshalton Choral are a large choir with plenty of experience; they perform a great variety of classical pieces showing skill and quality.

Richard Stone is the organiser of Carshalton Choir Festival 2016.

“All Saints Carshalton is a big and beautiful space, ideally suited to musical performances, with superb acoustics, fine instruments, stages and lights. My role is to bring all these elements together and create some magic, to allow our space to be filled with the beauty and joy of music in all of its forms,” said Mr Stone.
