Mazars, the integrated and independent international organisation specialising in audit, accountancy, tax and consulting services, receives recognition for four Rising Stars in the Top 35 Young Advisers of 2016.
Financial planning managers Ross Lambert (based in Milton Keynes), Nicholas Nesbitt (senior manager based in London), Andy Springford (senior manager based in Sutton) and Natalie Wright (senior manager also based in London) have been recognised by New Model Adviser and Citywire in their annual call to identify the ‘Next Generation’ advisers aged under 35.
Ross was recognised for significant achievements throughout the year including building an entire team of financial planners in the firm’s Milton Keynes office. He is regularly sought after by industry bodies for guidance and to present at seminars throughout the UK.
Nicholas received recognition for his ‘raft of qualifications and achievements’ as well as his expertise in cashflow planning, portfolio construction and research. The increase in his assets under management by around 55% to £59 million this year and his role heading up the firm’s graduate recruitment programme for the financial planning group was also noted.
Andy is identified as an expert in Financial Planning having attained his advanced diploma in financial planning from the CISI, as well as achieving level six chartered wealth manager status and certified financial planner status from the CISI. His experience over the past eight years focusing on the recruitment of new staff, business development and the introduction of new technologies has helped Mazars continue to grow across the UK, and particularly in areas like Sutton, London and in Poole where he has taken over managing their local financial planning offering.
Finally, Natalie was recognised for her expertise in cashflow planning, corporate health checks and pro bono guidance, but also other industry recognitions including; being shortlisted as one of three finalists for the PFS Chartered Financial Planner of the Year award and her financial blogging role at working mothers publication, MMB Magazine, despite having only returned from maternity leave in July.
