“It has always been important to us that the sporting and tennis legacy be retained and we are very confident that GLL’s vision for the business is a positive one that will support all aspects of the current operation.

“We are particularly pleased that a not-for-profit social enterprise will be running the business in the future, as its ethos will maintain our wish to see the local community at the heart of the operation.”

Mark Sesnan, MD of GLL, said:

‘”As a charitable social enterprise who invest all profits into services we will be developing the products and activities at TSV.

“GLL are the leading public sport and leisure provider within the UK and the benefit of our expanding regional network will help secure the future of this popular venue for decades to come.”

The TSV Executive will be working closely with GLL to ensure a smooth transition, including the transfer of employment rights.
