Growing Apprentice

The Growing Apprentice supports the Head of Production at the farm, developing skills and experience in local food production, maximising the productivity of the farm and helping secure its long term success. The Growing Apprentice will also play a role in helping people in the community have a positive, meaningful and enjoyable experience. This includes volunteers, groups of children and other visitors to the farm. We are seeking a hard-working individual who is passionate, enthusiastic and able to work with a broad range of people. VegBox Logistics Coordinator

The role of VegBox Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the successful weekly distribution of VegBoxes to customers. The VegBox Logistics Coordinator plays a key part in the administration and coordination of customer orders, the packing of fresh produce and the delivery of VegBoxes to homes and pick-up points in south London. This role involves working closely together with the Sales and Communications Coordinator to coordinate all aspects of the VegBox scheme at Sutton Community Farm. We are looking for someone who is passionate about logistics, highly organised and will bring a can-do, proactive attitude to the team. Farm Business Manager

The role of Farm Business Manager is responsible for ensuring Sutton Community Farm (SCF) trades as a successful social enterprise in south London, growing and selling produce via its VegBox scheme in order to meets its business targets and wider economic, social and environmental goals. The Manager also provides a leadership role upholding SCF’s ethos and will be responsible for developing and maintaining core internal and external stakeholder relationships to help grow and develop the business.
