Carshalton Beeches’s own Corner Gallery is staging its latest art exhibition with work from Liz Charsley-Jory from Monday April 4.

Canadian born Liz emerged with a Fine Art and Theatre Design Degree, and was designing and making props for west end shows – CATS, Phantom of the Opera, Aspects of Love, Miss Saigon, among others – before deciding to re-engage with her art practice, completing an MA in Drawing at Camberwell College of Art in 2008. Her drawings reflect a need to escape the hectic pace of city life and to make time for contemplation of the natural world.

Meet the Artist monday 4th @ 6pm. Exhibition dates 5th  – 30th April 2016
