Have you ever wanted to try out an exercise class before committing to a term? Sutton College has developed an answer to that particular question.
The College offers Pay as You Go as a payment option on two of our fantastic fitness classes.
For just £6 per session you can try before you buy or just come along when you can!
Piloxing –suitable for all – high intensity
PILOXING® KNOCKOUT is the ultimate test of athleticism and the latest release by the world-renowned fitness brand, PILOXING® Knockout takes fitness to a whole new level!
6 rounds, consisting of a 3-minute base and a 2-minute drill with each base taking you through a whole new way of performing high intensity core strengthening exercises, influenced by boxing, functional training, cardio and plyometrics.
Courses are held Thursday evenings from 7pm – 8pm at our main Sutton centre, next to Sutton library.

Konga Burn –suitable for all – medium to high intensity
Konga is a low complexity workout fusing dance, boxing, cardio, toning and matwork whilst Burn is a choreographed dumbell workout.
All routines have been designed to shape, sculpt and redefine the body. Weights and mats provided.
Courses are held Monday evenings from 630pm – 730pm at our main Sutton centre, next to Sutton library.
