Sutton College develops children’s programme for half term fun

Sutton College is arranging fun-filled activities for the half term!

There will be a range of Activity Workshops/sessions for six-11 year olds, running from Wednesday 1st June – Friday 3rd June, based at Sutton College main centre (next to Sutton library)

Kids can discover their creative side, theatrical nature or their dance moves at one of our exciting new Kids Club sessions.

>Morning sessions run from 09:30-12:30 and afternoon sessions take place 13:00-16:00. Individual sessions are just £20 each.You can also book a full day of activities from 09:30 -16:00 which includes a supervised lunch break. Children need to bring a packed lunch and drink.

Full day sessions cost £35 or take advantage of our Special Offer!!!– Bring a friend/sibling for just £30 each for a full day! T&Cs apply details of which are available at the website COLLEGE .

Kids Club Art & Crafts at Sutton College

Wed 1st June – Arts, Crafts & Pottery!

Get creative at both sessions and let us take you back in time to the land of the Pharoahs where you will be able to create your own magnificent headdress, design a cartouche, plus make other Egyptian themed arts and crafts….you will even learn to write in hieroglyphics!

Thu 2nd June – ‘ A Show in a Day’ workshop!

Learn the skills of dance, drama, singing and performance in fun and creative Musical Theatre workshops inspired by the hilarious book ‘The Boy in the Dress’ (morning session) and the classic ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory’ (Afternoon session) At the end of each workshop kids will have the opportunity to showcase your achievements and new skills by performing to family and friends.

Fri 3rd June – Street Dance & Activities

Fun street dance routines with a mixture of styles such as breakdance, house & more. We will also play games, work on creativity and the confidence to dance solo in front of others.
