Police investigating incident of injured man in High Street

Police were called by the London Ambulance Service at 00:38hrs on Monday, 14 November to an injured malp1170640ae found by a member of the public next to a bench opposite Ryman, the stationery shop, High Street, Sutton. LAS took the injured male to hospital. His injuries are described as life threatening.

Police are investigating.

The central pedestrianised area from Clarks shoe shop to the Card Factory has been cordoned off, although members of the public can continue to access the shops either side of the cordon in the High Street.
