sutton-logoTime is running out for your nomination for the annual Sutton Community Awards!

Each year Sutton Council organises these special awards to recognise and celebrate the achievements, support and neighbourly good work of local people who have made a real difference in the Sutton community. As with previous years, we have five awards categories for 2016 and these are:

Safer Borough Award – for outstanding service to the borough by keeping Sutton safe.

Improving Lives Award Рfor making a real difference to people’s lives by going that extra mile.

Community Spirit Award – for bringing the community together through community events, clubs or projects.

Business in the Community Award – for helping to increase prosperity, employment or access to the borough through business initiatives.

Outstanding Achievement Award – for bringing real credit to the borough through exceptional academic, sporting, artistic or cultural achievements.

The Sutton Community Awards Ceremony is on Thursday 23 February 2017, where the winners and runners up are announced and presented with award certificates and High Street shopping vouchers to each winner.
