Carshalton College to hold employability conference

employabilityCarshalton College is holding an Employability Conference on Thursday 2 March which will be hosted by the Royal Bank of Scotland at their headquarters in London.

“We are pleased to offer this opportunity to all our Level 3 students as the development of employability skills and workplace awareness is an important aspect of their learning,” said a spokesperson.

“Learners will get the chance to meet key employers such as NatWest, Conway, Hammerson, Renlon, Churchill Retirements Homes, Brasserie Vacherin, Successful Sutton and St Helier & Epsom Hospital and will be able to network with people who work in the industry.

“The main aim of the day is to help learners make decisions about their future employment and be informed about the opportunities that exist.

“Lunch and refreshments will be provided and we hope that this will prove to be a useful and informative day for our students and support them in their future career ambitions.
