Sutton West labour local election candidates announce series of public meetings

Following months of campaigning for change on Sutton Council in May, Sutton Labour’s local election candidates for Sutton West ward are holding a series of public meetings. The events will provide an opportunity for local residents to meet with the candidates ahead of the elections and hear more about Sutton Labour’s manifesto pledges ahead of the election on 3rd May. Copies of the manifesto will be available.

The meetings will take place as below:

10th April 2018 – 7pm- 8pm – St Albans the Martyr Church, Gander Green Lane, Sutton

28th April 2018 – 10am-11am – St Albans the Martyr Church, Gander Green Lane, Sutton

1st May 2018 – 7pm – 8pm – Sutton Cricket Club, Gander Green Lane, Sutton

Residents will also have the opportunity to hear from guest politicians about the benefits of electing Labour councillors, able to advocate for local people about the issues that matter to them.

Sutton West Labour’s candidates said: “We’re looking forward to meeting with Sutton West residents. We’ve had a great response on the campaign trail so far, and we’d like to extend the discussion further, with the aim being to meet as many local people as possible to share with them our vision for change in Sutton if we’re elected in May.”
