Event on mortgage eligibility – join MP Paul to help make a change

Date: Thursday 19 October

Time: 6-8pm
Venue: Sutton Life Centre, 24 Alcorn Close, Sutton, Surrey, SM3 9PX

Have you struggled to get a mortgage?
Come to our event on mortgage eligibility and help inform a House of Commons debate.

More than 100,000 people have signed a petition calling for rent payments to be seen as proof for mortgage payments.

The Government responded and on 23 October, Paul Scully MP from the House of Commons Petitions Committee will lead a parliamentary debate on the issue.

Join Paul Scully MP in Sutton to share your experiences of applying for a mortgage and help inform this important debate.

At the event we will be asking you about your experiences of applying for a mortgage as a first-time buyer and if you’ve struggled to qualify.

Petition debates are a way of raising an issue amongst MPs and the Government. Don’t miss your opportunity to get your voice heard.
