It’s a new year and a fantastic time to join Ecolocal for their Inclusive Cycling sessions.

“Whether you want to learn to ride, get fit or just cycle for fun and meet new friends, our friendly drop-in sessions are for you,” said a spokesperson.

“Running every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday morning 10am-12pm at David Weir Leisure Centre in Carshalton, we have a range of bikes that offer cycling for all.

“Our Duet bikes allow wheelchair users to cycle and we have a range of bikes including Side by Sides and trikes that offer accessibility and comfort for your ride.

“If you want to just use our usual two-wheelers then we have those too, so no need to bring your own, you can use ours!

“So why not make it your New Year resolution and join us this January.”

Sessions are just £4 per person and you don’t have to sign up and pay in advance, just pay on the day.
