Tom Brake, MP for Carshalton and Wallington, last week paid tribute to the country’s fallen men and women during two separate services as part of Remembrance commemorations.
The first service was held in Wallington outside the Old Town Hall on Saturday morning whilst a second memorial event was held on Sunday at Holy Trinity Church in Maldon Road. This longer official borough service was accompanied by the appearance of autumn sun, two minute’s silence and a wreath-laying ceremony at Wallington Green.
