football-1Sutton Common Rovers first team face Horsley in the Quarter Final of the Southern Combination Cup on 9th January.

The team were drawn away from home, but the game has been switched to Sutton Utd.

At stake for the winners is a home semi-final tie against one of Godalming Town, Walton Casuals or British Airways (Saturday).

The club has reached this stage thanks to a 4-2 win at Epsom Athletic, whilst Horsley defeated Cobham 3-2 in their second round tie.

Horsley are currently in 5th spot in the Surrey Elite Premier Division, but have only lost twice all season, and would go clear at the top if they won all their games in hand (although Virginia Water would be above them if they won their games in hand).
