Transform counselling can help residents in borough with mental health issues

sv-icon-copy-1It is expected that more than 47,000 people in Sutton are currently experiencing problems with their mental health. For many, private counselling is cost-prohibitive, and under-resourced free services can have long waiting lists. The alternative is to try and cope without any treatment, however, unattended, poor mental health can impact work, families, relationships and communities.

The Transform Counselling service runs from CAML’s Mitcham offices on weekday evenings from 5pm to 9pm.

All counsellors are volunteers who are either qualified and working towards accreditation or are in their final years of recognised training courses, and all are practicing under regular supervision.
