Walk and talk about bats and try and find a “swarm” in September

Wondering what to do in September then why not enjoy nature with these two great events.

Bat Walk. Saturday 17th September, 7.50pm-9.50pm. Whitehall Museum, Cheam. Bats start to ‘swarm’ at the end of the year, which may fulfil a social function and be part of the mating process. We’ll walk and talk about bats and see if, using bat detectors, we can find any swarming bats.
Cost: £5 per person. Suitable for: all ages. Booking: Essential!
For all enquiries and bookings, please call Whitehall Museum on 020 86431236 or email: [email protected]

Trees Training Day. Saturday 24th 10am-4pm. Stonecourt for classroom session / local parks for outdoor session. Discover our native trees as we investigate their ecology and learn how to recognise their key ID characteristics.
Cost: £18. Suitable For: Adult 16+. Booking: Essential!
