Chaucer House, Sutton, will be coming to an end later this month.

To mark the successful major improvement project that has transformed the estate and skyline in the borough.

The works at Chaucer House has seen the residents of 96 flats benefit from extensive refurbishment to their homes, which has included the installation of:
·         New kitchens
·         New bathrooms
·         New heating
·         Electrical rewiring in all homes
·         An innovative sprinkler system installed in every single home, designed to improve fire safety and one of the first social housing installations in the UK
