Carshalton College offering range of courses for a great future

Enrol on a course at Carshalton College and join them for the new term in September 2016.

With fantastic facilities and the chance to learn in a welcoming and vibrant environment, come to our Information Point from Wednesday 24 August at 9.00am. The Information Point is a clearing house for post 16 courses where we can offer impartial advice and guidance on course options available across London and Surrey for Full Time, Part Time, Apprenticeships, Access, Higher Education and Supported Learning courses in a variety of subjects.

Full Time courses include:

Art & Design, Beauty Therapy, Brickwork, Childcare and Early Years, Carpentry, Digital Media, Electrical, Games Development, Hairdressing, Health & Social Care, Hospitality & Catering, Information Technology, Motor Vehicle, Plastering, Plumbing, Public Services, Supported Learning and Sport.

“We are also pleased to introduce some exciting new courses to complement our existing provision at Carshalton College in Barbering, Computing, Digital Media, Games, Motor Vehicle, Plumbing, Carpentry, Construction Site Mgt and Sports.,” said a spokesperson.

Applying for a course is easy by either applying online, completing an application form found in our Prospectuses or simply come into the College where our Customer Services team can guide you through the process. Enrolment opens Wednesday 24 August however, if awaiting exam results enrolment starts Thursday 25 August at 9.00am.

Dates and times are as follows;

Wednesday 24 August  – Information Point – 9am – 5pm
Thursday 25 August – Enrolment 9am – 7pm
Friday 26 August – Enrolment 9am – 4pm
Tuesday 30 August – Enrolment 9am – 7pm
Wednesday 31 August – Enrolment 9am – 7pm
Thursday 1 September – Enrolment 9am – 7pm
Friday 2 September – Enrolment 9am – 4pm
Monday 5 September to 9 September 9am – 4pm

You will need to bring with you:

·         Original exam certificates
·         Birth Certificate or Passport
·         DBS  fee and documents- this applies to Childcare or Health & Social Care course enrolments
·         National Insurance Number
·         Fees if applicable
·         Fees for uniform/trips if applicable

If you are in receipt of a  means tested benefit, please bring in a letter confirming this (dated within the last 6 months). This may allow a reduction on the course fees. There may be some additional fees to be paid.
