The National Citizen Service Programme’s vision is to see a more integrated society where there is understanding and appreciation of each other’s differences. The Challenge works towards this by designing and delivering programmes that bring different people together to develop their confidence and skills in understanding and connecting with others.

National Citizen Service: The Challenge will be running the NCS programme this summer, with over 600 young people taking part in Sutton. The participants will meet new people, gain new skills, and plan a social action project that will benefit their local community.

How can the challenge help your charity? Each team of young people will work with a local charity partner to plan and carry out a social action project. They will fundraise, raise awareness, and volunteer for you during their time with us. The Challenge already work with some amazing charities including Sutton Mental Health Foundation, Sutton Reach, Oaks Way Centre, and many more. We’d love for our young people to plan something that will make a lasting impact on your organisation and its beneficiaries.
