Sutton New Town Christmas Tree Festival!

The summer holidays are over, the schools are back and so it is time to start thinking about the wonderful, marvellous, Sutton New Town Christmas Tree Festival!

Sutton New Town want you to play your part in bringing a little light and cheer at the of the year.  There were 47 trees on display at the 2018 festival.  These were decorated by community groups and businesses, both small and large.
Last year the event attracted over 1,500 visitors.

Decorating and displaying a Christmas tree is a wonderful way of being able to promote and celebrate the activity of your group to this large number of people.

St Barnabas Church have agreed to host the trees and the festival will run from its civic opening on the 29th November 2019 to 29th December 2019.

You’ll need to either make or bring your own artificial trees and the lights must be plug-in LED.   The trees should be between 4 foot and 6 foot tall.  You can go wild with your imagination and decorate it with the theme you want to promote.  And this year we have added the option for groups to adopt and decorate a window sill so we have more options for creating the best design to showcase your group.
